The personal curriculum the app can generate for you, and the nine-level weekly goal ladder that pays Fame for a consistent week.
A roadmap is a curriculum written for you. You say roughly where you are (absolute beginner, beginner, intermediate or advanced) and the app generates a route of 6 to 8 phases with 6 to 9 steps in each, so somewhere between 35 and 55 steps from where you are to where you said you'd like to be.
Generate one, then work through it step by step.
Each step needs 8 logged practice sessions before it counts as done, counted from the practice you actually record. Reading a step doesn't tick it off; putting the hours in does.
Ask for a roadmap that's about guitar. Requests that wander off the topic are turned down rather than answered with something invented.
Milestones are a ladder of weekly practice goals. Each rung costs a one-off amount of Fame to unlock and then pays Fame every week you meet its goal, so a rung you can hit reliably pays for itself and then keeps paying.
Unlock a level once, then claim it every week you meet the goal.
Every level you've unlocked and met can be claimed every week, and they stack.
Pay the one-off Fame cost for a level
During the current week, by practising as usual
Collect the weekly Fame, then it resets and you can earn it again next week
Buy the levels you'll genuinely hit rather than the biggest one you can afford. Groove costs 40 once and pays 30 a week: it's ahead by the second week. Virtuoso pays ten times more, but only in weeks where you practise all four categories every single day.
Do I lose a level if I miss a week?
No. Unlocking is permanent; you simply don't claim that week
Can I claim more than one level a week?
Yes. Every unlocked level whose goal you've met can be claimed, every week
What counts towards the goal?
Logged practice, exactly as it feeds everything else. There's no separate milestone practice
Does a roadmap step need a specific exercise?
No, any logged session counts towards the eight
