Practice
A map of every practice mode in the app: what each one is for, and which to pick depending on how much time and direction you have today.
Open Practice and you get a wall of options. They all end in the same place, a logged session that feeds your points, streak and skills, but they differ in how much thinking you have to do first.

Free Timer. Start the stopwatch, play, and it hands you a pre-filled log at the end
Manual Log. Type in what you did, up to 7 days after the fact
Practice Routines. Ready-made and community routines you just follow
Auto Plan. Say how long you've got and it builds the session for you
Learning Path and Mastery Roadmaps, long-term step-by-step curricula
Skills and Exercises. Pick the exact drill for the exact weakness
Songs and Guitar Pro Files. Practise repertoire and count that time too
Wherever you practise, your time is filed under Technique, Theory, Hearing or Creative work. They're worth exactly the same in points; the split exists so you can see what you're neglecting. Guided modes tag it for you, and the Free Timer and manual log leave it to you.
The full breakdown of what belongs where, and which skills each one feeds, is in The Four Categories.
Does the mode change how many points I get?
No. 30 minutes is 30 minutes wherever it came from. Only healthy habits and the streak change what a session is worth
Can I mix modes in one day?
Yes, and most people do: a routine plus twenty minutes on a song is two sessions and both count
Which mode keeps my streak alive?
Any of them. The streak only asks that a session got logged that day
