How to Practice
- 1Position your hand at the 12th fret. Place your fingers on frets 12, 13, 14, and 15 of the 6th string.
- 2After completing the sequence, move one fret lower and repeat.
- 3Continue moving down the fretboard until you reach the first fret.
- 4Repeat the exercise on all strings.

- •Keep your wrist in a neutral position to avoid tension.
- •If you feel pain (not discomfort), stop the exercise.
